Choosing a therapist is a difficult decision. A big part of my approach in life is ‘If you don’t pay attention to your wellness, you’ll have to pay attention to your illness;’ meaning if you don’t create time to attend to your emotional and mental needs, they could begin to manifest in unhealthy ways that make life harder and less enjoyable for you. While life can keep us busy, it’s crucial we learn how to attend to our mental health and well being through any stage we may be going through.
Whatever difficult chapter you’re currently experiencing, I’m here to help. In therapy with me, I help you carve out time for you to really process, learn, reflect, cope and expand who you are. I will pull from my years of experience and training from psychoanalytic, trauma-focused, eco-systemic family systems, CBT and DBT approach.
I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, substance abuse, stress, OCD, relationship issues, co-dependency, anger management, ADHD, family conflict and personality disorders. I bring authentic and non-judgmental energy to the session that helps clients examine struggles in their life and work more towards aligning with who they want to be.
