Hello! My name is Deneyia Barbour and I am a licensed mastery-level therapist. I received my MSW from West Chester University. I have been providing therapy in a hospital setting since 2018 dealing with dually diagnosed patients at an inpatient and outpatient level of care. I have a specialty and background in substance abuse and de-escalation. I have taught every grade from Pre-school to High School between the states of PA and NY since 2012. I have been alternating between teaching in the classroom and servicing families from 2015-2020. My approach is a holistic and culturally competent one. My therapeutic style is solutions-focused and strength-based.
