Kristle J Small Counseling Group is a mental health group practice offering affirming, trauma-informed therapy for diverse individuals and families. We support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions—particularly those from Black and Brown communities seeking culturally responsive care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer independent psychological evaluations to support asylum, hardship, VAWA, and other immigration petitions requiring mental health evidence.
Group Therapy
Therapy is a powerful tool for growth and change. To strengthening your relationship skills, reducing isolation, and finding your voice group, group therapy is very valuable for you.

We offer virtual telehealth therapy sessions only at this time.
